To explore the molecular mechanism of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection by systematic pharmacology,and to explore potential targets and signal pathways.Methods:First,the integrated Chinese medicine database (SymMap) was used to screen the potential targets of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction; the relevant disease targets of helicobacter pylori infection was found from the comparative toxicology genomics database (CTD); the protein interaction network (PPI) of “Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction-Helicobacter pylori” was constructed in String after the screened target entered into it; the online analysis tool WebGestalt was used to perform GO function annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the selected targets.Results:There were 222 overlapping targets of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and Helicobacter pylori infection coinciding.A total of 71 interactive targets were located through the PPI network.Among them,IL6,MYC,VEGFA,CASP3,EP300,IL10,ERBB2,CDKN1A,MPO and NFE2L2 were key targets; 10 key biological processes and 10 key signaling pathways were discovered.Conclusion:Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction may play a therapeutic role in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection by regulating the body's immune inflammatory response and at the same time it may prevent the infection of helicobacter pylori from further transforming to more severe gastrointestinal diseases by anti-tumor mechanism.This study provides solid theoretical basis for TCM treatment of helicobacter pylori.
