To study the effects of Bushen Yisui Formula on the quality of life in the patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.Methods:A total of 30 patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital，Capital Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group，and 10 healthy patients were selected as the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Bushen Yisui Formula for half one year，and the Fatigue Scale Table before and after treatment (Fatigue Scale-14)，Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Multiple Sclerosis Quality of Life Questionnaire (MSQOL-54) were measured.Results:Compared with the control group，the Fatigue Scale-14 score was significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.01)，MSQOL-54 was significantly lower (P<0.01)，the sleep time score，sleep efficiency score，sleep disorder score，day disorder score in the PSQI and the total score were significantly increased (P<0.05).Compared with those the before treatment in this group，the Fatigue Scale-14 decreased (P<0.05)，MSQOL-54 increased (P<0.05)，and PSQI decreased，but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:Patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis have improved quality of life after taking Bushen Yisui Formula.
