Abstract:To explore and analyze the effects and safety of community-acquired pneumonia treated with Tanreqing combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride. Methods:A total of 66 community-acquired pneumonia patients treated in the First People's Hospital of Anqing from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride, and the experimental group was treated with Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tanreqing. The curative effects, CRP(C-reactive protein), PCT(inflammatory markers), adverse reactions, disappearance of snoring sounds, disappearance of cough, and disappearance of fever were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05); CRP and PCT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); the disappearance time of snoring sounds, cough disappearance time, and fever disappearance time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tanreqing for community-acquired pneumonia can achieve better results, significantly improve inflammatory indicators, accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, have high safety and has great promotion value.
