To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Tingli Shengmai Wuling Powder Acupoints Application combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:A total of 120 patients with CHF admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given general treatment,and the treatment group was given acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects,left ventricular function,and inflammatory factor levels of the 2 groups were evaluated,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( U=2.648,P=0.008).After treatment,PER,PFR,LVEF and LVSF increased significantly in both groups,and LVEF and LVSF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-10 and CRP decreased significantly in both groups (P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients,and no significant abnormalities were found in the liver and kidney function.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 1.67%,which was lower than 11.67% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.885,P=0.048).Conclusion:Homemade acupoints application combined with moxibustion has better curative effects and lower adverse reactions in treating CHF,which can significantly improve left ventricular function and reduce serum inflammatory factor levels.
