| 目的：观察自制葶苈生脉五苓散粉穴位敷贴联合艾灸对慢性充血性心力衰竭（cCHF）的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年2月至2019年2月石家庄市中医院收治的cCHF患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60例。2组均给予一般治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予穴位贴敷联合艾灸疗法。评价2组患者的临床疗效、左心功能及炎性反应因子水平变化，记录不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为90.00%高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（U=2.648，P=0.008）。治疗后2组患者PER、PFR、LVEF及LVSF均显著升高，且观察组LVEF及LVSF两指标较对照组升高幅度更为明显（P<0.05）；TNF-α、IL-10和CRP水平均明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组较对照组降低幅度更为明显（P<0.05）。所有患者未见严重不良反应，肝肾功能均未见明显异常，观察组不良反应发生率为1.67%低于对照组的11.67%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.885，P=0.048）。结论：自制葶苈生脉五苓散粉穴位敷贴联合艾灸治疗cCHF疗效较好，不良反应较低，可明显改善患者左心功能，降低患者血清炎性反应因子水平。 |

| To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Tingli Shengmai Wuling Powder Acupoints Application combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:A total of 120 patients with CHF admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given general treatment,and the treatment group was given acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects,left ventricular function,and inflammatory factor levels of the 2 groups were evaluated,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( U=2.648,P=0.008).After treatment,PER,PFR,LVEF and LVSF increased significantly in both groups,and LVEF and LVSF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-10 and CRP decreased significantly in both groups (P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients,and no significant abnormalities were found in the liver and kidney function.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 1.67%,which was lower than 11.67% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.885,P=0.048).Conclusion:Homemade acupoints application combined with moxibustion has better curative effects and lower adverse reactions in treating CHF,which can significantly improve left ventricular function and reduce serum inflammatory factor levels. |
