| 目的：评价胃康胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂（PPI）治疗上消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年12月淮南市第一人民医院收治的上消化道溃疡患者65例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组（n=32）和观察组（n=33），对照组根据患者情况选择拉唑类药物静脉点注治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服胃康胶囊治疗，2组均干预4周，比较2组患者治疗前后Hp根除率、内镜下症状及治疗安全性；治疗结束后停药4周门诊随访，比较2组患者的生命质量。结果：观察组症状改善、溃疡面愈合以及Hp清除率疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗结束后停药4周门诊随访，观察组QLICD-GM评分3个维度评分均明显优于同期对照组及本组治疗前（P<0.05）。结论：胃康胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂可显著提高上消化道溃疡患者Hp根除率，改善临床症状，提高患者近期生命质量，且治疗安全性良好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Weikang Capsules combined with proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcers. Methods:A total of 65 patients with upper gastrointestinal ulcers diagnosed in Huainan First People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=32). The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of azole drugs based on the situation of patients. The observation group was treated with Weikang Capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and the intervention lasted for 4 weeks to compare the Hp eradication rate, endoscopic symptoms and treatment safety of the 2 groups before and after treatment. And the quality of life of the 2 groups of patients was compared followed Outpatient follow-up for 4 weeks. Results:The improvement of symptoms, healing of ulcer surface, and Hp clearance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups of patients(P>0.05). After 6 months of Outpatient follow-up, the three dimensions of QLICD-GM score in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group and those before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Weikang Capsules combined with PPI can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp in patients with upper gastrointestinal ulcers, clinical symptoms, and quality of life of patients in the near future, and have good treatment safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
