Abstract:To investigate the effects of acupoint massage combined with Bushen Huoxue Formula on postoperative bone mineral density and hemorheology of acute hip fracture. Methods:A total of 60 hip fractures treated in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with surgery alone and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with Bushen Huoxue Formula on the basis of the control group. Bone density and hemorheology were compared between the 2 groups. Results:At 4 months after operation, the bone density in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05); eNOS and NO in both groups were lower than those before treatment at 1 and 10 days postoperatively(P<0.05); the observation group decreased significantly after 10 days after operation compared with the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); WBV, PV, EAI, and IR in both groups were lower than those before operation and EDI, EET was increased(P<0.05), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% at 4 months after operation, and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%. The effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with Bushen Huoxue Formula can better increase bone density, reduce blood viscosity and the risk of DVT of postoperative patients with acute hip fracture.
