Abstract:To explore the material basis and mechanism of Shizhen Tazi Decoction(SZTZF)in the treatment of eczema using network pharmacology. Methods:The Platform of Pharmacology Technology of traditional Chinese Medicine system(TCMSP)was used in the screening of the active components and action targets of SZTZF.Correspondingly, the targets related to eczema were screened based on GeneCards database. The intersection genes between drug action targets and eczema disease targets were determined based on the analysis of the two clusters of targets, and the regulatory network of SZTZF's effective component target-eczema disease target was further constructed.Protein interaction network(PPI)model was constructed with STRING platform. At the same time, the genetic ontology(GO)and the Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis were conducted. Results:Through database analysis,66 targets related to 49 main active components of SZTZF and eczema were selected, of which 23 were closely related to eczema. The results of PPI analysis showed that interleukin, cluster differentiation antigen, sex hormone receptor and related tumor proteins occupy the core position in the network. The genetic ontology(GO)functions of TCM-disease targets included nuclear receptor activity, transcription factor activity, steroid hormone receptor activity and so on.By KEGG enrichment analysis, six signal pathways related to the main components of SZTZF were selected, which were mainly related to inflammation, immune regulation, hormone resistance, etc. Conclusion:The effective active ingredients in SZTZF may act as multiple targets such as IL-6, GASP3, and JUN and then regulate multiple signaling pathways to play a role in inhibiting the inflammatory response of eczema. The research results will provide important information for further research.
