| 目的:研究分析国家及各省份发布冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案或中医药防治方案中新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗期的古代经典名方使用情况。方法:提取诊疗方案中适用人群、分期、证型、主症、舌脉、治法、方剂名称等内容,录入Excel表并进行相关统计分析。结果:17个省、自治区、直辖市31个方案中推荐古代经典名方共计68个,近60%来自于伤寒金匮类、温病类的古医籍,其中10个方剂入选首批经典名方目录,方案中出现数量排在前3位的方剂为麻杏石甘汤、银翘散、升降散、达原饮、宣白承气汤、藿朴夏苓汤,治疗期推荐的古代经典名方主要为解表剂、清热剂、祛湿剂。结论:古代经典名方在新冠肺炎治疗期被广泛认可及应用,使用于该病不同阶段时当辨明病机抓准主症。 |

| To analyze the use of ancient classic prescriptions during the treatment period of Corona Virus Disease(COVID-19)in the national and provincial guidance for corona virus disease 2019 or traditional Chinese medicine program for prevention and treatment of the COVID-19.Methods:The contents of applicable people，stages，syndrome types，main symptoms，tongue pulse，treatment methods，and prescription etc.were extracted and recorded in the excel sheets for relevant statistical analysis.Results:A total of 68 ancient classic prescriptions were recommended in 31 schemes in 17 provinces(autonomous regions/municipalities)，of which nearly 60% came from ancient medical books of typhoid fever，gold deficiency and febrile diseases，of which 10 prescriptions were selected into the first classic classics list.The top 3 prescriptions appearing in these schemes were Maxing Shigan Decoction，Yinqiao Powder，Shengjiang powder，Dayuan Drink，Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction，and Houpu Xialing Decoction.The ancient classic prescriptions recommended during the treatment period were mainly superficies-resolving prescription，heat-clearing prescription，and damp clearing prescription.Conclusion:The ancient classic prescriptions were widely recognized and applied during the treatment period of COVID-19.When using in this disease at different stages，the pathogenesis and the main symptoms should be identified. |
