To explore the characteristics of TCM clinical syndromes in patients with COVID-19 imported to Beijing and provide reference for TCM intervention and syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods:A total of 41 patients with light and common type imported to Beijing were collected from march 14,2020 to april 3,2020. TCM syndrome scale was used to collect basic information, TCM symptoms, signs, tongue, pulse, TCM syndrome type. Descriptive analysis was used to observe the characteristics of TCM syndromes of COVID-19 patients with different sex, age and onset time, and to analyze the evolution of its pathogenesis. Results:The clinical syndromes of 41 patients were cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, stuffy nose, chest tightness, fatigue, abdominal distention, headache and expectoration. The tongue was mainly red tongue and light red tongue; the tongue coating was mainly white greasy fur, yellow greasy fur, thin white fur; the pulse was mainly slippery pulse, rapid pulse, soft pulse. TCM syndrome types were epidemic poison attack lung syndrome, dampness stagnation in the lung syndrome, wind-heat invading Wei syndrome, dampness obstruction in the lung and stomach syndrome. Conclusion:The distribution of TCM syndromes of COVID-19 imported to Beijing has certain regularity. Among 41 patients, epidemic virus attacks lung syndrome is the most common, the pathogen was mainly dampness, but it is easy to transform into heat. |
