The causes of ischemic stroke and the treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized in this paper, the composition and indications of Longshengzhi Capsules were introduced, the clinical research of Longshengzhi Capsules in treating ischemic stroke in recent years were reviewed.The results showed that Longshengzhi Capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke, and it can be used in clinical treatment for a long time.This paper can provide a certain basis for the basic research and clinical application of Longshengzhi Capsule.
