| 中药材产地加工与炮制一体化技术将中药材产地加工与炮制的工序进行整合,实现工艺过程连贯性操作,摒弃了传统的产地加工与炮制过程中的重复环节,可极大地提高中药饮片的生产效率、降低生产成本,并减少有效成分的损失,提升中药饮片质量。目前,推动实施中药材产地加工与炮制一体化,已经逐渐成为业内的共识。本文聚焦于中药材产地加工与炮制一体化技术,在简述中药材产地加工与炮制“分合”演变史的基础上,着重阐述中药材产地加工与炮制一体化技术研究近况,明确提出构建中药材产地加工与炮制一体化技术体系,并指出中药材产地加工与炮制一体化面临的窘境。以期引起业内相关研究人员的关注与思考,从而进一步促进中药饮片产业的发展。 |

| The integrated technology of habitat processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials merges the habitat processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials to achieve coherent operation of processing process.It abandons the repetitive links in the Chinese medicinal materials production area processing and processing process and can greatly improve the production efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,reduce production costs,the loss of active ingredients,and improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.At present,it has gradually become the consensus of the industry to promote the implementation of the integration of processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials.This paper focuses on the integrated technology of processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials.On the basis of a brief description of the evolution history of processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials,it focuses on the research status of the integration of processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials,and clearly proposes the construction of integrated technology system of traditional Chinese medicine.It points out the dilemma faced by the integration of processing and processing of Chinese medicinal materials,in order to arouse the attention and thinking of relevant researchers in the industry,so as to further promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces industry. |
