| 目的：探讨生脉散合炙甘草汤对小儿支原体肺炎合并心肌损伤的影响。方法：选取2016年11月至2018年11月德州市中医院东院区收治的支原体肺炎合并心肌损伤患儿80例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序编号随机分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用生脉散合炙甘草汤治疗，2组患者均连续治疗1周。观察2组治疗前后心肌酶谱、症状积分、炎性反应递质，并行组间比较。收集2组患者临床症状消失时间、住院时间并行组间比较，评估2组患者临床疗效并行组间比较。结果：观察组在中医证候积分改善、心肌酶谱指标改善、炎性反应递质改善较对照组更具优势，且观察组患者临床症状改善时间较对照组缩短，而临床治疗总有效率则明显较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：生脉散合炙甘草汤能改善小儿支原体肺炎合并心肌损伤心肌功能，抑制炎性反应，缩短症状时间，从而提高疗效。 |

| To explore the effects of Shengmai Powder combined with Zhigancao Decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia with myocardial injury in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia and myocardial injury admitted to Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong Province,East Hospital,from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Shengmai Powder combined with Zhigancao Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.Before and after treatment,myocardial enzyme spectrum,symptom score and inflammation index were observed and compared between the parallel groups.The time of clinical symptom disappearance and hospitalization were collected and compared between the parallel groups.Results:The study group had more advantages than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome score,myocardial enzyme spectrum index improvement and inflammation index improvement,and the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,while the total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Powder combined with Zhigancao Decoction can improve children with mycoplasma pneumonia and myocardial injury function,inhibit inflammation,shorten the symptom time,and improve the curative effects. |
