| 癌痛是恶性肿瘤患者主要自觉症状之一,给患者造成了较为沉重的身体及心理负担。目前国际以WHO三阶梯癌痛治疗指南(以下简称三阶梯指南)为主,但其具有成瘾性及易耐受性等不良反应。针刺作为非药物绿色疗法,止痛作用迅速,不会产生依赖性,成瘾性,又有抗癌及提高机体免疫功能,甚至对戒断综合征有治疗效果。本文主要研究针刺对癌痛的镇痛作用,并针对目前针刺治疗癌痛存在的问题提出发展性的建议,以期为今后针刺治疗癌痛的临床研究提供依据和思路,使癌痛的临床应用上有突破性进展。 |

| Cancer pain is one of the main self-conscious symptoms of patients with malignant tumors, causing a heavy physical and psychological burden to patients. At present, the WHO three-step treatment guide for cancer pain(hereinafter referred to as the three-step guide)is the main international guide, but it has addiction, easy to tolerate and other adverse reactions. As a non-drug green therapy, acupuncture has a rapid analgesic effect, will not produce dependence, addiction, but can against cancer and improve the immune function of the body, and even has a therapeutic effect on withdrawal syndrome. This paper mainly studies the analgesic effect of acupuncture on cancer pain, and puts forward developmental suggestions for the existing problems in the treatment of cancer pain. It aims to provide gist and ideas for the future clinical research of acupuncture treatment in cancer pain and also make a new advance in the treatment of cancer pain. |
