To explore the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on hemorheology，blood lipid and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 154 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Hainan People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group(77 cases)and a control group(77 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine，while the observation group was given compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The hemorheology，blood lipid，inflammatory factors and curative effect were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.21%，significantly higher than that in the control group(79.22%)(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of total cholesterol(TC)，triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the 2 groups increased(P<0.05)，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheology indexes，the levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL)，IL-6 and TNF-α in the 2 groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05)，and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine can regulate lipid metabolism，reduce inflammatory reaction and improve hemorheology in elderly patients with coronary heart disease，which is worthy of being recommended.
