To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinxing Mihuan Oral Liquid combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:A total of 86 patients with UAP who were treated in Fuyang Second People's Hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected，and were randomly divided into an obervation group and a control group，with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment，and the observation group was given Yinxing Mihuan Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group，and the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%，significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%，P<0.05).After treatment，tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)，interleukin-6(IL-6)，hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)，malondialdehyde(MDA)and plasma endothelin(ET-1)in both groups were lower than those before treatment，and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，superoxide dismutase(SOD)，vascular endothelial production factor(VEGF)and nitric oxide(NO)in the 2 groups were all higher than those before treatment，and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，plasma lipid peroxide(P-LPO)in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinxing Mihuan Oral Solution combined with Western medicine can remove oxidative free radicals，reduce inflammation and improve vascular endothelial function.It has a very significant clinical effects in patients with UAP and can be widely used and promoted.
