| 目的:探究温肾消喘膏方治疗支气管哮喘患者的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年2月海南西部中心医院收治的支气管哮喘患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组进行常规治疗，中西医结合观察组在对照组的基础上采用温肾消喘膏方进行治疗。比较治疗前及治疗后2组患者IgE水平和T淋巴细胞亚群水平、哮喘控制量表（ACT）评分、哮喘发作频次和治疗有效率。结果:治疗后，观察组治疗有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者ACT评分较治疗前均明显升高，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者哮喘发作频次较治疗前均明显减少，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组IgE、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平显著低于治疗前，且低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组CD8+明显升高，且高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:在常规西药治疗辅助下，温肾消喘膏方能够有效缓解哮喘症状，减少哮喘发作频率，提高机体免疫力，是中西医结合防治支气管哮喘的有效手段。 |

| To explore the efficacy of Wenshen Xiaochuan Ointment in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Western Central Hospital of Hainan，were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation，with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment，and the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group was treated with Wenshen Xiaochuan Ointment on the basis of the control group.IgE levels and t-lymphocyte subsets，asthma control scale(ACT)scores，asthma attack frequency and total response rate were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%，P<0.05).The ACT scores of patients in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment，and those in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of IgE，CD4+ and CD4+ / CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD8+ in the observation group was significantly increased and higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the aid of conventional Western medicine treatment，Wenshen Xiaochuan Ointment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of asthma，reduce the frequency of asthma attacks，and improve the immunity of the body.It is an effective method for the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. |
