| 目的：探究中药外敷对晚期结直肠恶性肿瘤化疗患者疗效的影响。方法：选取2013年5月至2015年5月深圳市宝安中医院收治的化疗后晚期结直肠恶性肿瘤患者400例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组200例。对照组予地塞米松注射液，观察组予中药外敷于患者神阙穴治疗，7 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后2组白细胞、血红蛋白水平及健康状况调查量表（SF-36）评分，比较2组治疗后临床疗效。结果：治疗后2组白细胞、血红蛋白水平均明显升高，且观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组SF-36各项评分均明显升高，且均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组治疗有效率为70.06%，显著高于对照组的53.93%（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药外敷可以提高晚期结直肠恶性肿瘤化疗患者生命质量和改善外周血指标。 |

| To explore the effects of external application of Chinese medicines on the patients with advanced colon and rectum malignant tumor.Methods:A total of 400 cases patients with late colon and rectum malignant tumor admitted to Shenzhen Baoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group，with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone infection liquid，and the observation group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine on Shenque point(CV8)，7 d as 1 course of treatment，with a total of 2 courses.The levels of white blood cells，hemoglobin and health status survey(SF-36)scores were compared before and after treatment，and the clinical efficacy after treatment of the 2 groups was compared.Results:After treatment，the levels of white blood cells and hemoglobin significantly increased in the 2 groups，and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 significantly increased in the observation group，significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 70.06% in the observation group，which was significantly higher than 53.93% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of patients with late colon and rectum malignant tumor，and improve the peripheral blood index. |
