      糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是尿毒症的主要原发病,但现代医学诊治具有其局限性;“辨证论治”DKD具有一定的优势,然而,其病情评估和疗效判断的客观性和可重复性受到质疑。表现于外的中医证候与内在疾病本质有着必然的联系,代谢组学整体性特点可以发现DKD中医证候对应的代谢标志物。因此,基于代谢组学技术,开展DKD诊断代谢标志物研究具有十分重要的科学意义和临床应用价值。本文通过探讨DKD中医证候的规范化和客观化研究的瓶颈问题,论述基于高灵敏度、高分辨率UPLC-Q-Orbitrap质谱分析,运用计算机“大数据+深度学习”方法,发现DKD中医证候代谢标志物的必要性和可行性,为DKD的辨证分型提供可量化、可重复的客观依据,提高DKD辨证论治的科学性。
English Summary:
      Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is the main cause of uremia,but western medical treatment of DKD has its limitations.“Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment” of Chinese medicine (CM) has certain advantages for DKD treatment.However,their objectivity and reproducibility of disease assessment and efficacy judgment were questioned.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes are inevitably related to the intrinsic nature of the disease,the holistic characteristics of metabolomics are helpful to find the metabolic markers corresponding to TCM syndromes of DKD.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and clinical application value to carry out the study of DKD diagnostic metabolic markers based on metabonomic techniques.In this study,we discussed the bottleneck problem of TCM syndrome normalized and objective study of DKD,and expounded the necessity and feasibility of TCM Syndrome markers of DKD based on high-sensitivity and high-resolution UPLC-Q-Orbitrap mass spectrometry analysis method and “big data and deep learning” technique.In order to provide a quantifiable and repeatable objective basis for DKD syndrome differentiation, and improve the scientific nature of DKD syndrome differentiation.
