      目的:探讨“丹参-葛根”药对治疗缺血性脑卒中的成分、靶点、活性、通路,为探讨中药药对的分子作用机制提供科学依据。方法:通过网络药理学平台,分析“丹参-葛根”药对的活性成分、作用靶点及通路,探讨中药药对的分子作用机制。结果:预测到关键成分16个,相关核心靶标28个,相关通路30个,药对发挥作用的成分有丹参环庚三烯酚酮、柳杉酚、弥罗松酚、齐墩果酸、刺五加苷A、琥珀酸、熊果酸、黄芩苷、花生油酸、鼠尾草酚、胡萝卜(甾醇)苷、葛根皂醇B甲酯、大豆素、染料木素、刺芒柄花素、槐花皂苷Ⅲ等;核心靶标主要集中在COX family,ATP family,PTGS2等,涉及的主要通路有趋化因子信号通路、Toll受体信号通路、氧化磷酸化、cGmp-pkg信号通路等,显示“丹参-葛根”治疗缺血性脑卒中可能与抗氧化、抗炎保护等有关。讨论:“丹参-葛根”所含成分可能通过抑制炎性反应、抗氧自由基等来治疗缺血性脑卒中。
English Summary:
      To explore the composition,target,activity and pathway of ‘Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and Puerariae Lobatae Radix’ in the treatment of ischemic stroke and to provide scientific evidence for molecular mechanism of Traditional Chinese medicine drug pair.Methods:This paper analyzed the active ingredients,action targets and pathways based on network pharmacology platform.Results:A total of 16 crucial ingredients and 28 core targets and 30 related pathways were predicted in the study,and active compositions of the drug pair were miltipolone,sugiol,ferruginol,oleanolic acid,eleutheroside A,succinic acid,ursolic acid,baicalin,arachidic acid,salviol,Carrot (sterol) glycoside,kudzusapogenol B methyl ester,daidzein,genistein,Formononetin,Kaikasaponin Ⅲ etc; the core target were mainly concentrated in COX family,ATP family,PTGS2 etc; main pathways are chemokine signaling pathway,toll-like receptor signaling pathway,oxidative phosphorylation,cGMP-pkg signaling pathway,etc.It showed that ‘Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and Puerariae Lobatae Radix’ in the treatment of ischemic stroke may be related to antioxidant,anti-inflammatory protection.Conclusion:The components of ‘salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma and puerariae lobatae radix’can treat ischemic stroke by inhibiting inflammatory and anti-oxygen free radical.
