Abstract:To study the pharmacological mechanism of Dengzhan Xixin Capsule in the treatment of ischemic stroke by network pharmacology.Methods:The active components of Dengzhan Xixin Capsules were retrieved by TCMSP and the corresponding targets were obtained.Then,through PharmGKB and Genecards,the 2 databases were used to search for ischemic stroke-related targets,and METASCAPE software was used to perform GO annotation analysis and KEGG pathway analysis on the 49 targets where the 2 intersect.Cytoscape 3.7.1 software was used to establish the active ingredient-target-channel network model.Results:Dengzhan Xixin Capsules may treat ischemia through multiple pathways such as complement and coagulation cascade pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,FoxO signaling pathway,NF-kappa B signaling pathway,and adipokine signaling pathway.Conclusion:Dengzhan Xixin Capsules embody the characteristics of multiple ingredients,multiple targets and multiple pathways of traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a theoretical basis for further elucidating the pharmacological mechanism of Dengzhan Xixin Capsules in the treatment of ischemic stroke
