    摘要:

    目的:利用网络药理学研究灯盏细辛胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的药理机制。方法:采用TCMSP等检索灯盏细辛胶囊的活性成分,并且得到其灯盏细辛胶囊活性成分对应的靶点;然后通过PharmGKB、Genecards2个数据库检索缺血性脑卒中相关靶点,使用METASCAPE软件对两者取交集的49个靶点进行GO注释分析和KEGG通路分析。采用Cytoscape 3.7.1软件建立活性成分-靶点-通路网络模型。结果:灯盏细辛胶囊可能通过补体和凝血级联通路、HIF-1信号通路、PI3K-Akt信号通路、FoxO信号通路、核因子-κB信号通路、脂肪细胞因子信号通路等多个通路治疗缺血性脑卒中。结论:灯盏细辛胶囊体现了中药多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点,为进一步阐释灯盏细辛胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的药理机制提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    To study the pharmacological mechanism of Dengzhan Xixin Capsule in the treatment of ischemic stroke by network pharmacology.Methods:The active components of Dengzhan Xixin Capsules were retrieved by TCMSP and the corresponding targets were obtained.Then,through PharmGKB and Genecards,the 2 databases were used to search for ischemic stroke-related targets,and METASCAPE software was used to perform GO annotation analysis and KEGG pathway analysis on the 49 targets where the 2 intersect.Cytoscape 3.7.1 software was used to establish the active ingredient-target-channel network model.Results:Dengzhan Xixin Capsules may treat ischemia through multiple pathways such as complement and coagulation cascade pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,FoxO signaling pathway,NF-kappa B signaling pathway,and adipokine signaling pathway.Conclusion:Dengzhan Xixin Capsules embody the characteristics of multiple ingredients,multiple targets and multiple pathways of traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a theoretical basis for further elucidating the pharmacological mechanism of Dengzhan Xixin Capsules in the treatment of ischemic stroke
