To explore the effects of taking Xinhuang Tablets for the treatment of swelling and pain after dental implantation in oral cavity and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2019，a total of 300 patients with swelling and pain after dental implantation were divided into a control group(n＝150，erythromycin treatment)and an observation group(n＝150，Xinhuang Tablets combined with erythromycin treatment)according to the principle of random number table.The postoperative swelling and postoperative pain duration，alveolar bone resorption，dental implant function，implant lip bone thickness，peripheral marginal bone resorption，inflammatory factor level，excellent treatment rate and other indicators were compared.Results:Compared with the control group，the postoperative swelling duration and postoperative pain duration of the control group were significantly shorter(P<0.05); the dental implantation function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); in the observation group，compared with the control group，the thickness of the labial bone and the bone resorption of the peripheral edge of the implant were significantly different(P<0.05); the levels of inflammatory factors such as CPR，IL-6 and PCT in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of swelling and pain after oral dental implantation with Xinhuang Tabletss can achieve a relatively ideal effect and improve the level of inflammatory factors，which has great promotion value.
