| 目的：探讨小柴胡汤对慢性乙型肝炎疗效及对Th17/Treg细胞的影响。方法：选取2017年7月至2019年2月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的慢性乙肝患者150例作为研究对象，按照入院编号分为对照组和观察组，每组75例。对照组常规西药治疗，观察组加用小柴胡汤治疗。观察入组时、疗程完成时肝功能、T淋巴细胞亚群、肝纤维化、慢性肝病特异性量表（CLDQ）、Th17/Treg细胞变化并比较。结果：完成治疗后2组患者ALT、TBIL、GLB、ALB、PTA、TNF-α、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+、Treg、IL-10、TGF-β1、Th17、IL-17、IL-23、HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN及临床症状体征积分均较治疗前有明显改善，且观察组患者改善幅度均优于对照组患者P<0.05）。结论：小柴胡汤能提高慢性乙肝患者肝功能和免疫功能，改善肝纤维化，提高生存治疗，促使Th17/Treg细胞趋向平衡。 |

| To explore the effects of Xiaochaihu Decoction on chronic hepatitis B and Th17/Treg cells.Methods:A total of 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital Shunyi Hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine，and the study group was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction.The changes of liver function，T lymphocyte subsets，liver death，CLDQ and Th17/Treg cells were observed and compared.Results:After the treatment，ALT，TBIL，GLB，ALB，PTA，TNF-α，CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+，CD8+，Treg，IL-10，TGF-β 1，Th17，IL-17，IL-23，ha，PC Ⅲ，Ⅳ-C，LN and clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu Decoction can improve the liver function and immune function of chronic hepatitis B patients，improve liver fibrosis，improve survival treatment，and promote the balance of Th17/Treg cells. |
