Effects of Medicine-separated Moxibustion at Shenquebazhen on the Therapeutic Effects and Inflammatory Factor in the Patients of Postoperative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction
To explore the effects of medicine-separated moxibustion at Shenque bazhen points on the efficacy of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO)patients and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels.Methods:A total of 280 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in Tangshan City People's Hospital between January 2013 and April 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(140 cases)and an observation group(140 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the observation group was given medicine-separated moxibustion at Shenquebazhen points on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,post-treatment intestinal function score,motilin level before and after treatment,and IL-6 and TNF-α levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%(P<0.05); after treatment,the recovery time of the exhaust qi,the relief time of abdominal symptoms,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MOT level of the 2 groups of patients was lower than that before treatment,and the MOT level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the 2 groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment.The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of AIO with medicine-separated moxibustion at Shenquebazhen points has significant curative effects.It can improve gastrointestinal function,reduce the level of MOT,and effectively regulate the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α.
