To explore the effects of electroacupuncture assisting traditional Chinese medicine on endometriosis(EMS)and the level of tumor markers in patients.Methods:A total of 150 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n＝75)and an observation group(n＝75)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with trazole tablets plus dydrogesterone tablets，and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with Bushen Quyu formula on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 6 months.The clinical efficacy and recurrence situation during the follow-up period of the 2 groups were observed.The changes of serum tumor markers and hormone levels were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 89.33%，which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period，10 cases and 25 cases recurred respectively in the observation group and the control group，and the recurrence rates were 13.33% and 33.33% respectively，and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The content and positive rate of serum CA125 and CA19-9 in the 2 groups after treatment decreased(P<0.01)，and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment，the levels of serum LH，E2，P，FSH and PGE2 in the 2 groups were significantly lower than that before treatment，the level of serum 6-k-PG F1α was significantly higher than that before treatment，the difference was significant in the 2 groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture assisting Chinese medicine in the treatment of EMS can significantly reduce the levels of tumor markers，regulate the levels of hormone.The recurrence rate is low，and the clinical curative effect is exact.
