To detective and uncover the hot topic and frontier of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot (DF).Methods:CNKI was retrieved for Chinese medicine treatment of DF (Date:Set up~June 3rd,2019).Literature visualization software (CiteSpaceⅤ) was used to draw a knowledge map of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot, and literature keywords co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis were performed.Results:The keywords co-occurrence network was composed of 909 nodes,1241 lines,and divided into 24 clusters.The hot topic:1) Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of DF;2) Herbal medicine foot bath for the treatment of diabetic foot.The frontier:1) Acupoint injection;2) activating blood and resolving stasis and clearing heat and removing toxicity method.Conclusion:The future research path of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot is integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on the Chinese medicine theory,and more high-quality evidence are needed.
