To explore the method of orderly recommending traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and give the recommendation basis. SHI Changyong's “Title in front of Name” ancient book description method in “Practical TCM Philology” was used by the research team to evaluate traditional Chinese medical knowledge.To achieve the purpose of evaluating the created knowledge, the the “person” of the creator of medical knowledge was evaluated first.Using the evaluation elements of “people”, a “medical practitioner evaluation element model” was constructed to push knowledge.“Title in front of name” firstly solved the problem of deviation caused by the comparison of knowledge of different schools, secondly, it solved the long existed academic problem that knowledge content cannot be evaluated.For the evaluation of ancient medical figures, based on retrospective research, that is, on the basis of fair document records such as history books written in biographical style, local records, medical biography, medical records, medical figure dictionaries, etc., the research team summarized the elements of the evaluation of medical figures and formed a basic construction model for character evaluation.
