Abstract:To explore the mechanism of modified allergic Decoction in the treatment of urticaria based on network pharmacology theory. Methods:Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP) was used to select the effective constituents and action targets of Jiawei allergic Decoction. Human gene information database was used to select the disease targets of urticaria. R language software was used to screen the common targets of drugs and diseases, Cytoscape software was used to build drug-ingredient-action target-disease interaction network. Protein protein interaction network(PPI) was constructed by using the STRING platform, and the results were visualized. Bioconductor bioinformatics software package was used to perform Gene Ontology (GO) function enrichment and Kyoto pathway analysis. Results:A total of 45 compounds and 409 corresponding targets were included, and 61 disease-related targets were obtained. Enrichment analysis yielded 84 GO function entries and 126 KEGG signal pathways. Conclusion:Jiawei allergic Decoction plays a key role in IL-6, AKT1, VEGFA and other targets in the PPI network of urticaria. These targets mainly involve the biological processes of cytokine receptor binding, cytokine and receptor ligand activity, etc. It is mainly enriched in multiple signal pathways such as AGE-RAGE, PI3K/Akt, and exerts anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. This may be the key mechanism of Jiawei allergic Decoction in the treatment of urticaria.
