To explore the effects of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction assisting in vitro fertilization-embryonic transfer(IVF-ET)on patients with ovulatory infertility.Methods:A total of 82 cases of ovulation barrier steile patients admitted to Handan Central Hospital from Dec.2016 to Mar.2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group，with 41 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with gonadotropin release hormone agonist(Gn)+controlled ovulation+IVF-ET，and patients in the observation group were treated with Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on the basis of control group，and stop taking until to HCG day.The use condition of Gn，number of follicles and pregnancy rate in 2 groups were statisticsed after treatment，the endometrial tolerance indexes at HCG day in 2 groups were detected and compared; the pregnancy outcome and related adverse reactions occurrence during the treatment in 2 groups were compared.Results:The using days and using dose in observation group were lower than those in control group，while the pregnancy rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01); the proportion of patients with A type endometrium in observation group was higher than that in control group，while the proportion of patients with C type endometrium was lower than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01); the endometrial thickness in observation group was greater than that in control group，while the endouterine artery blood flow parameters of PI and RI were lower than those in control group(P<0.01); there was no significant difference in the occurrence rate of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05)，and serum abnormal liver function index and routine blood and urine test had no abnormal phenomenon of patients in 2 groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction assisting IVF-ET can enhance the endometrial tolerance of ovulation barrier steile patients，increase the pregnancy rate and improve the pregnancy outcome，which has good security.
