| 目的：探讨滋阴降火汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的效果。方法：选取2015年5月至2018年4月贺州市人民医院收治的PCOS患者126例作为研究对象，按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组63例。对照组给予口服达英-35和二甲双胍，观察组在对照组基础上给予滋阴降火汤。比较2组患者的雌激素与胰岛素水平、月经周期、Ferriman-Gallway（F-G）毛发评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，2组血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）、催乳素（PTF）及糖负荷后1 h胰岛素浓度（INS 1 h）、INS 2 h、空腹血浆胰岛素（FINS）和胰岛素抵抗指数（Homa-IR）水平均明显降低，且观察组性激素、胰岛素水平和Homa-IR低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，2组患者的月经周期和F-G评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的总有效率（84.12%）明显高于对照组（66.63%）（P<0.05）。结论：滋阴降火汤联合常规西药治疗POCS，可显著改善患者性激素水平和胰岛素抵抗，改善月经周期，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To explore the clinical effects of Ziyin Jianghuo Decotion on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 126 patients with PCOS admitted to the Gynecology Department of Hezhou People Hospital from May 2015 to April 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random lottery，with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral diane-35 and metformin，and the observation group was treated with Ziyin Jianghuo Decotion on the basis of the control group.The levels of estrogen and insulin，menstrual cycle，score of Ferriman-Gallway(F-G)and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment，the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，estradiol(E2)，progesterone(P)，testosterone(T)，prolactin(PTF)，1-hour insulin concentration(INS 1 h)，INS 2 h，Fasting plasma insulin（FINS），insulin resistance index(Homa-IR)significantly decreased in both groups，and the sex hormone，insulin level and Homa-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the menstrual cycle and score of F-G in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(84.12% vs 66.63%，P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of POCS with Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can significantly improve patients' sex hormone levels and insulin resistance，and improve menstrual cycle，which is worthy of clinical application. |
