Abstract:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupotomy releasing atlantooccipital fasciaon for cervical vertigo.Methods:Ninety-six patients with cervical vertigo admitted to,Foshan Jianxiang Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and local massage,3 times a week, and patients in the observation group were treated with acupotomy releasing atlantooccipital fasciaon method once a week, both of which were treated for 3 weeks.According to the evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV),the changes in cervical vertigo scores and vertebral artery hemodynamic changes before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed, and the levels of endothelial hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF) and nitric oxide (NO) in the serum of the two groups were compared. The effective rate of treatment, the remission time of vertigo symptoms and the quality of life changes in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was 97.92%,higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the onset remission time of vertigo was significantly shortened, and the vertigo score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Arterial average blood flow, systolic blood flow, diastolic blood flow velocity, serum NO and EDHF levels increased significantly, and the vascular pulsatility index decreased significantly (P<0.05); the quality of life score increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy releasing atlantooccipital fasciaon method can effectively treat cervical vertigo by improving the vertebral artery hemodynamics.
