Physical Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a new subject between the TCM basics and TCM clinics.In essence，the prevention of disease without illness in TCM is to implement three-level prevention of disease by correcting and improving constitution.colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors threatening human health.The incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year.Early diagnosis，comprehensive prevention of colorectal precancerous lesions(colorectal adenomas)are particularly important in reducing the mortality of colorectal cancer.Local inflammatory microenvironment of intestinal adenoma is closely related to the occurrence of intestinal malignant tumors.Effective combination of TCM constitution theory and preventive treatment of diseases is the entry point and effective means of preventing Intestinal inflammation-tumor transformation in TCM，which will provide theoretical basis for further prevention and control of colorectal adenoma.Therefore，based on the holistic concept of TCM，the research of TCM constitution is carried out by using the holistic research thinking of system biology.Combining TCM treatment of disease，TCM constitution theory and modern basic experimental research results，we establish a modern technology platform that integrates TCM basic theories，modern biochemical testing，modern genetic immune research，and intestinal microecology，and realize the application of disease prevention to clinical transformation，providing a technical demonstration for the prevention and control of inflammation-tumor transformation in traditional Chinese medicine.
