| 目的：探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合活血益骨汤治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法：选取2016年5月至2018年11月玉林市中西医结合骨科医院收治的中老年脊柱骨折手术患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组术后应用阿仑膦酸钠，观察组联合应用活血益骨汤，比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为95.56%，对照组为82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、降钙素原（PCT），纤维蛋白原（FIB）和D-二聚体（DD）含量及视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）均显著低于对照组，Barthel指数和独立生活能力评分（FIM）均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：阿仑膦酸钠联合活血益骨汤治疗中老年脊柱骨折效果显著，其有助于提高患者骨密度，减轻炎性反应，调节血液流变状态，缓解术后疼痛，对患者术后生活能力的恢复有明显的促进作用。 |

| To investigate the clinical effects of alendronate combined with Huoxue Yigu Decoction in the treatment of spinal fracture.Methods:A total of 90 middle-aged and old patients with spinal fracture were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 45 cases in each group according to random number table.After the operation，alendronate sodium was used in the patients of 2 groups and Huoxue Yigu Decoction was used in the study group.Clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the study group and 82.22% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)，interleukin-6(IL-6)，procalcitonin(PCT)，fibrinogen(FIB)and D-Dimer(D-D)and visual analogue pain score(VAS)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and Barthel Index and independent living ability score(FIM)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alendronate combined with Huoxueyigu Decoction has a significant effectS on the treatment of middle-aged and old patients with spinal fracture.It can help to improve the bone density，reduce the inflammatory reaction，regulate the state of hemorheology，relieve the postoperative pain，and promote the recovery of patients' living ability after surgery. |
