      目的:观察回医食疗联合生活方式干预,对糖尿病前期的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年12月北京市回民医院民族医学科及牛街社区服务中心筛查的糖尿病前期患者共373例作为研究对象,采用随机分组,平行对照,非盲研究的方法分为观察组(n=190)和对照组(n=183),观察组使用单纯生活方式干预配合“参樱回豆汤”治疗,对照组使用单纯生活方式干预。观察患者空腹血糖(FBG)、服糖后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血脂总胆固醇(TTC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)情况。观察2组患者的转化率及中医证候改善情况。结果:观察组可显著减低FBG,2 hPBG(P<0.05),显著降低TC及低密度脂蛋白LDL-C(P<0.05),干预12个月后,观察组转为糖尿病率为14.21%,稳定在糖尿病前期为52.63%,转为正常为33.16%,对照组转糖尿病率为20.77%,稳定糖尿病前期为57.37%,转正常为21.86%。观察组的正常人群转化率明显高于对照组,糖尿病转化率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在改善中医证候方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回医食疗联合生活方式干预,可延缓糖尿病前期的进展,提高患者生命质量。
English Summary:
      To observe the effects of Hui food therapy combined with lifestyle intervention on Prediabetes.Methods:A total of 373 IGT patients screened in the Department of Ethnic Medicine of Beijing Hui Hospital and Niujie Community Service Center from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.Randomized grouping,parallel control,and non-blind study were used to divide them into an observation group(n=190)and a control group(n=183).The observation group used simple lifestyle intervention combined with“Shenying Huidou Decoction”treatment,and the control group used simple lifestyle intervention.The patient's fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood glucose 2 h(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total blood lipid cholesterol(TTC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were observed.The conversion rate of 2 groups of patients and the improvement of TCM syndromes were observed.Results:The observation group can significantly reduce FBG,2 hPBG(P<0.05),significantly reduce TC and low density lipoprotein LDL-C(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,the conversion rate of observation group to diabetes was 14.21%,stable at IGT of 52.63%,the normal rate was 33.16%,the control group had a diabetes rate of 20.77%,the stable at IGT of 57.37%,and the normal rate was 21.86%.The conversion rate of the normal population in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the conversion rate of diabetes was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Food treatment of Hui combined with lifestyle intervention can delay the progression of prediabetes and improve the quality of life of patients.
