      目的:探究穴位强化埋线疗法对慢传输型便秘(STC)直肠组织中ICC细胞和神经元的调节。方法:选择STC患者41例,非便秘患者41例,分别设置为观察组和对照组。观察组给予穴位强化埋线疗法,对照组未给予便秘相关治疗。比较观察组治疗前后直肠组织中ICC细胞形态、相关蛋白干细胞因子(STem Cell FacTor,SCF)和c-kit mRNA的表达水平和神经元凋亡情况。结果:观察组患者经穴位强化埋线治疗后直肠组织中ICC细胞的数量较治疗前增加,且形态趋于正常。与对照组比较,SCF和c-kit mRNA在治疗前直肠组织中的表达明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),而在治疗后直肠组织中的表达要高于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗前,观察组患者直肠组织内神经元凋亡数量多于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后患者直肠组织内凋亡细胞明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位强化埋线可改善STC患者直肠组织中ICC细胞的损伤,并减少神经元细胞的凋亡发生,从而改善便秘症状。
English Summary:
      To explore the regulation of acupoint intensive catgut embedding therapy on ICC cells and neurons in rectal tissue of slow transit constipation (STC). Methods:A total of 41 STC patients and 41 non-constipation patients were selected as the observation group and control group, respectively. The patients in treatment group were given acupoint intensive catgut embedding therapy, while the control group did not receive any constipation related treatment. The morphological of ICC and the expression of SCF and c-kit on RNA were compared before and after treatment in the treatment group. Results:The number of ICC in the rectum tissue increased with the normal morphology after treatment. Compared with the control group, both SCF mRNA and c-kit mRNA in the rectum were significantly lower without treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). The expression in rectal tissue after treatment was higher than before treatment (P<0.01). Before treatment, the number of neuronal apoptosis in the rectal tissue of the observation group was more than that of the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the apoptotic cells in the rectal tissue of the patients were significantly reduced, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint intensive catgut embedding therapy can improve the injury of ICC cells in rectal tissues of STC patients, reduce the apoptosis of neuron cells and improve the symptoms of constipation.
