| 目的：探讨肝脾不和型慢性浅表性胃炎（CSG）经加味柴芍六君汤联合调神针刺法辅助治疗后的临床效果。方法：选取2015年7月至2018年9月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的CSG患者139例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=69）和观察组（n=70）。对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组采用常规西医治疗+加味柴芍六君汤联合调神针刺法治疗，比较2组患者临床疗效、相关CSG积分、胃肠激素及焦虑抑郁状况，同时观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗后治疗有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗4周后胃镜检查积分反酸、嗳气、上腹胀，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗4周后生长抑素（SS）、胃动力素（MTL）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：加味柴芍六君汤联合调神针刺法辅助治疗肝脾不和型CSG患者，疗效确切，可有效缓解临床症状，改善胃肠激素指标及焦虑抑郁情绪，且安全性较好。 |

| To explore the curative effects of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture on chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)of liver-spleen disharmony.Methods:A total of 139 CSG patients were selected from July 2015 to September 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and were divided into a control group(n=69，routine Western medicine)and a study group(n=70，conventional Western medicine plus modified Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture)according to random number table method.The clinical efficacy，relevant CSG score，gastrointestinal hormones and anxiety and depression were compared between the 2 groups，and adverse reactions during treatment were observed between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment，gastroscopy scores of acid reflux，belching，upper abdominal distention，anorexia，epigastric pain，gastrin(GAS)，self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment，the levels of somatostatin(SS)and motilin(MTL)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture has definite curative effects on CSG patients with of liver-spleen disharmony.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms，improve gastrointestinal hormone indexes and anxiety and depression，with good safety. |
