      目的:探讨消肿散外敷与冰敷对骨骼肌损伤模型大鼠中MDA含量和LDH活性的影响。方法:采用打击造模的方法,将86只SD大鼠造成急性软组织损伤模型。造模后将动物分为模型组20只、消肿散组20只、冰敷组20只、联合组20只、本底组6只。观察治疗后1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d MDA含量、LDH活性变化情况。结果:1)造模1 d后,MDA含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步进行q检验两两比较,冰敷消肿散联合组的MDA含量低于损伤模型组(P<0.05)。造模3 d、7 d及14 d后,消肿散组、冰敷消肿散联合组的MDA含量均低于损伤模型组(P<0.05)。2)造模3 d后,冰敷消肿散联合组的LDH活性低于损伤模型组(P<0.05)。造模7 d后,消肿散组、冰敷消肿散联合组的LDH活性低于损伤模型组(P<0.05)。造模14 d后,消肿散组、冰敷组和冰敷消肿散联合组的LDH活性低于损伤模型组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿散和冰敷消肿散联合运用均能使损伤的软组织中MDA含量减少和LDH活性降低,对骨骼肌损伤有一定抑制作用,能改善肌肉组织形态修复程度。
English Summary:
      To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong Powder and ice compress detumescence on MDA content and LDH activity in the model rats with injured skeletal muscle.Methods:By using the method of blow-up modeling,a total of 86 SD rats were made into acute soft tissue injury models.After modeling,the animals were divided into a model group of 20 animals,a Xiaozhong Powder group of 20 animals,a ice compress group of 20 animals,a combined group of 20 animals,and a background group of 6 animals.The changes of MDA content and LDH activity 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d after treatment were observed.Results:1)After 1 day of model making,there was a statistically significant difference in MDA content,which was further compared by q test.The content of MDA in the combined ice compress Xiaozhong Powder group was lower than that of the injury model group(P<0.05).After 3,7 and 14 days,MDA content in the Xiaozhong Powder group and the ice compress detumescence combined group was lower than that in the model group.After 3 days modeling,the LDH activity of the Xiaozhong Powder group and ice compress detumescence combined group were lower than the model group.After 7 days modeling,LDH activity in the Xiaozhong Powder group and the ice compress detumescence combined group was lower than that in the model group.After 14 days modeling,LDH activity of the Xiaozhong Powder group,the ice compress detumescence group and the combined group was lower than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Powder and ice compress detumescence powder can reduce MDA content and LDH activity in injured soft tissues,inhibit skeletal muscle injury to a certain extent,and improve the repair degree of muscle tissue morphology.
