To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong Powder and ice compress detumescence on MDA content and LDH activity in the model rats with injured skeletal muscle.Methods:By using the method of blow-up modeling,a total of 86 SD rats were made into acute soft tissue injury models.After modeling,the animals were divided into a model group of 20 animals,a Xiaozhong Powder group of 20 animals,a ice compress group of 20 animals,a combined group of 20 animals,and a background group of 6 animals.The changes of MDA content and LDH activity 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d after treatment were observed.Results:1)After 1 day of model making,there was a statistically significant difference in MDA content,which was further compared by q test.The content of MDA in the combined ice compress Xiaozhong Powder group was lower than that of the injury model group(P<0.05).After 3,7 and 14 days,MDA content in the Xiaozhong Powder group and the ice compress detumescence combined group was lower than that in the model group.After 3 days modeling,the LDH activity of the Xiaozhong Powder group and ice compress detumescence combined group were lower than the model group.After 7 days modeling,LDH activity in the Xiaozhong Powder group and the ice compress detumescence combined group was lower than that in the model group.After 14 days modeling,LDH activity of the Xiaozhong Powder group,the ice compress detumescence group and the combined group was lower than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Powder and ice compress detumescence powder can reduce MDA content and LDH activity in injured soft tissues,inhibit skeletal muscle injury to a certain extent,and improve the repair degree of muscle tissue morphology.
