| 脑为髓之海，脑髓脑脉融为一体，凡有关神志思维、感情感觉、运动记忆等均属于脑髓的范畴；先天肾气、后天脾胃化生的气血津液以及精与神共同供养脑髓的高级功能。脾胃升降失常，脑中清阳之气不展，痰浊湿邪蒙蔽往往发为脑髓病。脾胃是气血升降之枢纽，脾为湿阻，清阳不升是脑髓病主要病机。益气聪明汤为东垣创制方，主治饮食不节，劳倦所伤，脾胃不足，内障耳鸣，或多年目昏目翳，视物不清；吾临证治疗脑髓病常用益气升清降浊法，调理气机升降之枢纽，治疗中气不足，清阳不升之脑髓病颇有效验。 |

| Brain is the sea of marrow，marrow and veins are integrated into one.The functions of brain include thought，emotion，sensation，exercise and memory.Congenital kidney qi，acquired spleen and stomach metaplasia of qi，blood and body fluid，and the high-level functions of the brain and the spirit to support the brain.The spleen and stomach are abnormally ascended and descended.The qi in the brain is not developed，and the phlegm and dampness were blinded by cerebromedullary diseases.The spleen and stomach are the hubs for the ascending and desending of qi and blood.The spleen is dampness resistance，and the failure of clearing Yang is the main pathogenesis of cerebromedullary diseases.Yiqi Congming Decoction is a recipe created by Dongyuan Chuangzhi Formula.It mainly treats irregular eating，fatigue caused by fatigue，insufficiency of the spleen and stomach，cataracts and tinnitus，or dizziness for many years，unclear vision; my clinical treatment of encephalopathy is commonly used to invigorate qi，ascending and descending，clearing up turbidity method，which regulates the ascending and descending of qi movement，is quite effective in treating cerebromedullary diseases caused by insufficient middle qi. |
