| 脾胃理论是中医学的重要理论之一，而“脾胃为后天之本”是对这一理论的高度概括。人体肠道微生物菌群的形成与结构变化、生理病理及在防治疾病方面都与中医的脾胃理论相似相通。通过对脾胃理论与肠道微生物菌群之间联系的分析与探讨，我们认为肠道微生物菌群可称之为西医理论的“后天之本”，而这2种“后天之本”是不同医学体系下对其理论的高度概括。中医学的发展，需要借鉴西医学的研究方法与成果，从而来阐释中医学的理论与机制，并加以创新。 |

| The theory of spleen and stomach is an important theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).And “the spleen and stomach are the foundation of the acquired” is a high-level summary of this theory.The formation and structural changes of the human intestinal microflora，physiological pathology，and prevention and treatment of diseases are all similar to the theory of spleen and stomach of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the analysis and discussion of the relationship between the spleen and stomach theory and the intestinal microflora，the author believes that the intestinal microflora can be called the “acquired foundation” of Western medicine theory，and these 2 “acquired foundations” are different from a high-level summary of its theory under different medical system.The development of TCM needs to draw on the research methods and achievements of Western medicine to explain the theory and mechanism of TCM and make innovations. |
