Abstract:To evaluate the effects of Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor on motor function and intelligent development of child patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome. Methods:A total of 100 patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to October 2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor. The motor function and intelligent development were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The total effective rates were 92.00% in the observation group and 76.00% in the control group, respectively. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the development quotient and developmental age of the five functional areas of the Gesell scale in the 2 groups, and the total scores of the 3 functional areas A,B,and C in the GMFM-88 scale were higher than before treatment (P<0.05),and the level of the observation group indicators was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor can effectively promote the motor function and intelligent development of child patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome.
