| Through combing the research on the anti-gastric cancer effect and mechanism of some Chinese medicine compound prescriptions,the current research status of the anti-gastric cancer multi-target effect mechanism of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions is clarified,and the methods and directions for further basic research on the anti-gastric cancer compound prescriptions of Chinese medicine are discussed.Methods:According to the main syndrome types in the clinical differentiation of gastric cancer,the research literature of Chinese medicine compounds in vivo and in vitro was sorted out,and the anti-gastric cancer effects and mechanisms of each compound were sorted out from various aspects.Results:Chinese medicine compounds mostly originated from classic medical records or team clinical practice.They were basic research on clinical efficacy.From inhibiting proliferation,inducing apoptosis,regulating signal transduction,inhibiting telomerase activity,reversing multidrug resistance,and the formation of anti-tumor cardiovascular vessels and the inhibition of metastasis.We revealed the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer,and elaborated on the mechanism basis of its clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Based on these studies,it is suggested that the research on modernization of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be further in-depth in the future.In clinical aspect,we should be based on real-world big data to mine the main body of gastric cancer traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and their material basis.Basic research suggests to track modern medical gene mutations,immune checkpoints and other mechanisms,new targets,new methods,and new technologies,and develop components and groups.It is divided into component and component synergy and core anti-tumor active ingredients to promote new directions and new explorations in the treatment of gastric cancer with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. |
