| 乳腺癌是目前女性最常见的癌症之一，主要采取综合治疗的方法，其中以手术为主，以化疗为辅，但化疗会产生一系列的不良反应。通过文献整理发现，乳腺癌术后化疗常见不良反应包括恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、心脏毒性、癌因性疲乏、食欲减退，中医药治疗方法如中药、针灸、耳穴贴压、穴位埋线、穴位注射、穴位贴敷对这些不良反应具有明显疗效，为中医药治疗乳腺癌提供临床证据，同时为进一步的临床和机制研究奠定基础。 |

| Breast cancer is currently one of the most common cancer in women.Comprehensive treatment is mainly adopted.Among them,surgery is the mainstay,supplemented by chemotherapy.But chemotherapy can produce a series of side effects.The relevant literature sorted out suggests that the common adverse reaction in postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer includes nausea,vomiting,leukopenia reduction,and reduction of cardiac toxicity,cancer-related fatigue,anorexia.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment methods including Chinese medicine,acupuncture,auricular point pressing，acupoint catgut-embedding,acupoint injection，acupoint application,have obvious curative effects for these adverse reaction,which can provide clinical evidence for TCM treatment of breast cancer,and lay a foundation for further clinical and mechanism studies. |
