| 目的：系统评价半夏白术天麻汤治疗梅尼埃病的疗效和安全性。方法：收集2019年1月31日之前关于半夏白术天麻汤治疗梅尼埃病的临床随机对照试验文献。检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方医学数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等中英文数据库，对相关文献进行数据的筛选、提取，根据Cochrane系统评价和Jadad量表对纳入研究的文献进行质量评价后，用Revman5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入28项研究文献，合计2 852例患者。与对照组（单纯的西药治疗）比较，半夏白术天麻汤能明显提高梅尼埃病治疗的临床总有效率（RR=1.18，95%CI=1.15,1.22）；能明显改善眩晕症状（RR=1.28,95%CI=1.12,1.47）；能明显改善听力下降症状（RR=1.41,95%CI=1.12,1.79）；能降低不良反应事件的发生（RR=0.06,95%CI=0.01,0.30）。结论:半夏白术天麻汤治疗梅尼埃病优于单纯西医疗法，有较好的临床疗效和安全性。 |

| To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of the Meniere disease.Methods:The clinical randomized controlled trial literature on the treatment of Meniere's disease with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction before January 31，2019 were collected.Major online Chinese and English databases including Pubmed，Embase，Cochra-ne Library，CNKI，VIP，WAN FANG，CBM etc were searched.The relevant journals and conference papers were retrieved manually screened and extracted.According to the Cochrane systematic review and the Jadad scale，the quality of the included studies was evaluated，and the Revman5.3 statistical software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 28 RCT trials were included.A total of 2 852 subjects were enrolled，all of which were Chinese literature.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group(single Western medicine)，Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can significantly improve total clinical effective rate of Meniere's disease treatment ［RR=1.18，95%CI=(1.15，1.22)］; can significantly improve the symptoms of vertigo ［RR=1.28，95%CI(1.12，1.47)］; can significantly improve hearing Decrease symptoms ［RR=1.41，95%CI(1.12，1.79)］; and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events ［RR=0.06，95%CI(0.01，0.30)］.Conclusion:In the treatment of Meniere's disease，Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is superior to simple Western medicine treatments，has better clinical efficacy and safety，and can be pro-moted in clinically.However，the quality of the literature included in this study is not high，and the above conclusions need to be confirmed by more large-sample，high-quality studies. |
