摘要:

扩张型心肌病（Dilated Cardiomyopathy，DCM）发病率较高，但目前治疗缺乏特异性，现就该病近年来中西医的病因、病机、及治疗现状做一综述，以期为DCM的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The incidence of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)is high，but the current treatment is lack of specificity.This paper reviews the etiology，pathogenesis and treatment of DCM in recent years，in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of dilated cardiomyopathy.
