      目的:通过观察艾绒显微特征、测定艾绒含末率及微观粉碎度量化艾绒的精细度,以评价艾绒质量。方法:本实验检测机器加工艾绒和实验室制艾绒共33份,从不同加工比例和不同加工工艺两方面对比分析艾绒显微特征、艾绒的含末率与微观粉碎度的差异。结果:不同加工比例艾绒的显微特征可见明显差异,且相较于实验室制艾绒,机器加工艾绒绒丝缠绕明显呈团状。对比不同加工比例艾绒,其含末率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表现为精细艾绒<粗糙艾绒<一般艾绒;微观粉碎度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表现为粗糙艾绒<一般艾绒<精细艾绒。不同加工工艺艾绒含末率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。艾绒微观粉碎度与加工比例具有线性关系(P<0.05)。结论:艾绒的显微特征能区分不同加工工艺的艾绒;艾绒的含末率能够在粉碎度较高的情况下反映艾绒的精细度,但有一定缺陷;艾绒的微观粉碎度能较为客观反映艾绒的精细度。
English Summary:
      To evaluate the quality of moxa floss by observing the microscopic properties,determining the dust content and micro-grinding degree.Methods:In this experiment,33 samples of machine-processed and laboratory-made moxa floss were tested.The differences of dust content,micro-grinding degree and Micro-properties of moxa floss were compared and analyzed from different processing proportions and processing technologies.Results:The results showed that the micro characteristics of different processing ratio of moxa floss were obviously different,and compared with the laboratory-made moxa floss,the filament winding of machine-processed ones was obviously in the shape of a ball.There were significant differences in the dust content of fine and general moxa floss among different processing ratios (P<0.05):fine moxa velvet<rough moxa floss<general moxa floss.There were significant differences in the degree of micro-grinding (P<0.05):rough moxa floss<general moxa floss<fine moxa floss.There was no significant difference in the dust content of moxa floss among different processing technologies (P>0.05).There was a linear relationship between the micro-grinding degree and the processing ratio of moxa floss(P<0.05).Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics can distinguish the different processing technology of moxa floss.The dust content can reflect the fineness of moxa floss under the condition of high crushing degree,but there are some defects.The micro-grinding degree can reflect the fineness of moxa floss objectively.
