To explore the effect of Jinshuibao Capsule on the auxiliary treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with sexual dysfunction.Methods:A total of 122 male patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with sexual dysfunction admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Meishan City from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group，with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given valsartan.The observation group was given valsartan and Jinshuibao Capsule.The IIFE-5 score，sex hormone levels ［testosterone (T)，luteinizing hormone (LH)，follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)］，endothelin (ET-1)，angiotensin (Ang Ⅱ)，fasting blood glucose，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were recorded before and after treatment.The adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment，IIFE-5 score，LH were increased，ET-1，Ang Ⅱ，fasting blood glucose，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were decreased in both groups.Life-5 score，and LH of observation group were higher than those of control group，and ET-1，Ang Ⅱ，fasting blood glucose，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In male patients with diabetic nephropathy and sexual dysfunction，the treatment strategy of Jinshuibao Capsule combined with valsartan can help improve the recovery of erectile function of the penis，improve the level of sex hormones and vascular function，reduce blood sugar and blood pressure.
