| 探讨符为民教授运用健脾柔肝法治疗面肌痉挛的临床经验。收集符为民教授的相关医案，对运用健脾柔肝法治疗面肌痉挛的用药规律和诊疗思路进行总结，并对临床典型案例进行分析。符教授擅长以“精准辨证论治”的核心思想治疗本病，认为病因，以风、痰、血瘀、虚为病理基础，正气虚为本，风、痰、瘀为标，而病机虚实夹杂，本虚标实。以益气健脾，柔肝熄风，舒筋活络，为治疗准则，采用健脾柔肝法对HFS患者进行治疗。所举案例具体展示了上述治疗经验和辨证思路。 |

| To explore the clinical experience of Professor FU Weimin in the treatment of hemifacial spasm with the method of strengthening the spleen and softening the liver.The relevant medical cases of Professor FU Weimin were collected，and Professor FU Weimin's application of the method of strengthening the spleen and softening the liver to treat hemifacial spasm was summarized，and the typical clinical cases were analyzed.Professor FU is good at treating this disease with the core idea of “accurate syndrome differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment”.He believes that the etiology is based on wind，phlegm，blood stasis and deficiency，with the deficiency of vital energy as the basis，wind，phlegm and stasis as the standard，and the pathogenesis of disease is mixed with deficiency and deficiency，which is the standard of deficiency and deficiency.To replenish qi and invigorate the spleen，soften the liver and eliminate the wind，relax the tendons and activate the collaterals，as the treatment of the criteria，Jianpi Rougan method was used to treat patients with hemifacial spasm (HFS).The case cited specifically demonstrate the above-mentioned treatment experience and dialectical thinking. |
