| 痛风病是与高尿酸血症及尿酸盐沉积密切相关的慢性、进展性、复发性代谢疾病，发病率逐年攀升，严重危害人民健康。张冰教授针对痛风病高血尿酸、尿酸盐沉积、急性炎症不同病程阶段的病理特点，建立“整合论治”的治疗策略，采用健脾祛湿化浊除痹以降尿酸、抗炎镇痛，实现截断高血尿酸、扭转尿酸盐沉积、抑制急性炎症的治疗效果，标本兼治全程干预痛风病，为临床治疗慢性复杂疾病提供新思路。 |

| Gout disease is a chronic，progressive，recurrent metabolic disease closely related to high uric acid and the deposition of urate.The incidence rate is increasing recently，which impairs public health seriously.According to the pathological characteristics of hyperuricemia，urate deposition and acute inflammation in different stages of gout disease，Professor ZHANG Bing established the strategy of “Integrated Therapy”，and used the methods of invigorating spleen，dispelling dampness，removing turbidity to reduce uric acid，resist inflammation and ease pain，achieve truncation of high uric acid，reverse urate deposition，inhibit acute inflammation，and intervene gout in the whole process by treating both symptoms and root causes，which provided new ideas for the clinical treatment of complex chronic diseases. |
