Based on the theory of “Shaoyang as the pivot”,it is pointed out that the mechanism of mixed anxiety-depressive disorder in breast cancer is disadvantage of Shaoyang pivot and hyperactivity of ministerial fire.In clinics,Xiaochaihu decoction is used to treat the disease with the theory of reconciling Shaoyang and strengthening body,and comforting spirit.It provides a new way and strategy for clinical treatment of malignant tumors
