Digestive system diseases are common and frequently-occurring diseases in clinical practice.The clinical manifestations are complex and complicated.The diseases are interrelated，which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Cell autophagy is an important factor in maintaining the homeostasis of gastric mucosal cells and an important link in the pathogenesis of digestive system diseases.As one of the important intervention measures for clinical prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases，Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become an important research direction in recent years.This paper collect relevant literature and focuses on the analysis of specific signal pathways and related proteins in the ULK1 protein kinase complex，Vps34-Beclin1 and type Ⅲ PI3K complex，mAtg9，Atg5-Atg12-Atg16 connection system and LC3 connection system in recent years.The current status of research on the regulation of digestive system disease cell autophagy，with a view to discovering the role of TCM in regulating autophagy on cell protection，so as to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of digestive system disease by Chinese medicine.
