| 目的:探讨痛风药食两用方对于寒热错杂型大鼠痛风性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:以随机抽签法将32只SD大鼠分为模型组、阳性药组、寒热错杂组和空白组。模型组、阳性药组、寒热错杂组均置于低温与高温交替环境适应性培养。7 d后,向大鼠右内踝胫跗关节腔内注射尿酸钠溶液,再次置于低温与高温交替环境7 d,建立寒热错杂型痛风性关节炎模型。造模成功后,阳性药组给予秋水仙碱治疗,寒热错杂组给予痛风药食两用方治疗。观察比较4组大鼠腿围增长百分率,以及血清中UA、α-NAG、β-gal、TNF-α和SOD的指标变化。结果:与模型组比较,大鼠服用痛风药食两用方后可显著降低踝关节周长增加百分率,降低UA、αNAG、β-gal、TNF-α的含量,增加SOD的含量(均P<0.05)。结论:痛风药食两用方能够改善关节肿胀症状,具有抗炎、抗氧化等的疗效,对寒热错杂型大鼠急性痛风性关节炎有明显的预防和治疗作用。 |

| To explore the curative effect of gout edible Chinese herbal Prescription on the treatment of gouty arthritis with cold-heat complicated syndrome in rats.Methods:By the method of random sampling method，a total of 32 SD rats were divided into 4 groups，including a model group，a positive drug group，a cold-heat complicated syndrome group and a blank group.The model group，the positive drug group，and the cold-heat complicated syndrome group were all placed in a low temperature and high temperature alternate environment for adaptive culture.7 days later，sodium urate solution was injected into the right ankle and tarsal joint of rats.After kept in the alternate environment of low temperature and high temperature for another 7 days，a model of gouty arthritis with cold-heat complicated syndrome was established.After successful modeling，the positive drug group was treated with colchicine，and the cold-heat complicated syndrome group was treated with gout and food.The percentage increase of the leg circumference of the 4 groups of rats，as well as the changes in serum UA，α-NAG，β-gal，TNF-α and SOD indicators were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the model group，rats after taking gout medicinal and food dual-purpose prescription can significantly reduce the percentage increase of ankle joint circumference，reduce the content of UA，αNAG，β-gal，and TNF-α，and increase the content of SOD(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Gout edible Chinese herbal Prescription can improve the symptoms of joint swelling，has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects，and has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on acute gouty arthritis in rats with mixed cold and heat. |
